You have to give it to Phoebe Price, she really is dedicated to making herself look ridiculous to get the attention of the cameras! Last night at Katsuya, other than the usual ugly outfit, Phoebe had on a pair of disgusting fake teeth that made her look like she had a rotting mouth full of silver. How is that for a gross grill?!
