Phoebe Price just keeps finding ways to embarass herself and it seems she spends most of her time following the paparazzi around Los Angeles! The other day she was photographed at Joan's on Third with her little Yorkie Henry and we can't help but compare these pictures to all the over-posed pictures of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt! Did they hire the same fake pap?!
