i prefer miley's shoes and bangles. but the dress
definately suits monica's figure. why does miley
always have to be a slag, and shorten everything.
yeah, shes got nice legs, but c'mon she could at

This dress is more appropriate for Monica Cruz.
She is older & more mature. Miley kinda needs to

I think Miley wore it best because it looks
strange on Monica because the dress looks too
long.I also think Monica could have worn her hair
better.So thats my opinion,but i still don't
particularly like Miley.
