Poor Penelope Cruz! The Spanish star is in Cannes for the premiere of her new movie LOS ABRAZOS ROTOS (Broken Embraces), but she almost did not make it to the party! Penelope has been sick in bed since she arrived at Cannes on Sunday because of food poisoning! She must have been feeling better today though, because she looked her usual stunning self posing with the movie's director Pedro Almodovar, her good friend!
