Patrick Swayze getting better!

Patrick Swayze is responding well to cancer treatment and tells People exclusively that he's been able to live a full and busy life since he started treatment at Stanford University Medical Center. In a statement to the magazine Patrick writes about trips to New Mexico and Las Vegas and that he just bought his wife Lisa a "much deserved" diamond pendant for her birthday. Great news!
