Lindsay may be carrying a bottle of Voss water in her hand but we're not buying it. The popstar/actress has been spending a lot of time in clubs recently, most often with her gal pal (or girlfriend, we're not sure) Samantha Ronson, and sources say she hasn't exactly been drinking water all night. LiLo was seen sipping on Red Bull and Grey Goose vodka cocktails at a party in New York a few days ago but her rep has not been reached for any comments. Even if she is partying sober, are the clubs really the best place for a recovering addict? We're betting Lindsay will be back in rehab in no time. Source: People.

As you may remember Victoria Beckham celebrated her 34th birthday at a restaurant with her husband David Beckham and their sons last week. Not surprisingly, however, David threw a more grown-up party at the restaurant Via Veneto for Victoria this weekend and invited superstars like Gavin Rossdale, Gwen Stefani, Kate Beckinsale, P. Diddy, Eva Longoria and Will Smith! The best outfit belonged to Katie Holmes who was wearing a pretty yellow silk dress but all the guests looked great and we love Gwen Stefanis make up and hair! We hope that the party was a success!

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' daughter Suri celebrated her second birthday this weekend in Beverly Hills. The Mexican themed party was held at a private home and all the guests were given straw hats and flower headdresses to wear at the party. Suri was dressed in a beautiful white cotton dress and seemed to enjoy being the center of attention! The whole Cruise family was there to celebrate the little girl, including Tom's mother and his two adopted children, Isabella and Connor. Congratulations Suri!

US Weeklys Hot Hollywood party manages to attract the hottest young celebrities every year and this year was no different! Lauren Conrad, Nicky Hilton and Christina Milian were all in the mood to party and were all looking fierce (to use Tyra Banks? catch phrase) in their dresses. The best-dressed celebrity was however none of the three, even though we love Heidis purple number, because The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was looking cuter than ever in a polka dotted dress with ruffles!
