Paris Hilton impressed us with her fashion for a change when she wore this one-shouldered Brian Lichtenberg dress with Lia Sophia jewelry last year at a party. The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was seen in the same dress just last week in Las Vegas with jewels from the same designer! Are these girls sharing fashion tips? Who do you think wore the look best?

I think Paris lokks better you dont need a
neckalce with this dress but i'm not sure about
