Did heiress Paris Hilton steal Melrose Place fashionista Katie Cassidy's style? Last week when Paris Hilton wore this shimmery dark blue Brian Lichtenberg one-sleeve dress, we thought she looked uncharacteristically classy and chic. Then we remembered we had seen almost the exact same look somewhere before! Katie Cassidy wore the dress in almost exactly the same way back in August to a launch party.
