Who's on the phone Paris? Someone we know?

Paris Hilton was seen on the balcony of her Malibu beach house in Los Angeles. She was relaxing and talking on her cell phone and we wonder who she was talking to. She didn't look that happy, kinda sad actually so we don't think she discussed any partyplans for the night...
