Paris Hilton was in Spain this weekend for some kind of VIP launch party and we were so distracted by her belly that we forgot to concentrate on whatever the product was that she was there to launch!

Paris was wearing a skin-tight black and white dress and there was some serious bloating around her tummy area. If we didn't know she has been partying so hard lately in Vegas, we would have been sure she was pregnant! Its scary! Detox time Paris!
