Mere days after announcing her split with Cy Waits, Paris Hilton has been spotted out together with The Hangover director Todd Phillips. Paris and Todd were seen having a cosy night out in Hollywood the other day, drinking wine with friends at the Chateau Marmont. The couple later joined Paris' sister Nicky at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and sources say they were affectionate and kissed each other as they watched variety show Beacher’s Madhouse at the venue. Ultimately they were seen driving off together in Todd's car... Wow! Fling, rebound or true love? We're guessing a mixture of the first two mentioned!
