We think there might be a Valentine's Day engagement notice this weekend for Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt! She has been hinting like mad that she wants a ring and has announced that she wants to get married in 2010! It all started at a charity this past weekend where Paris received an award and she said "I'd like to thank my future sister-in-law Casey Reinhardt"! Then Paris was photographed making a big deal of Doug's mom's diamond engagement ring and just to make sure everyone knows, Paris also told the press "I wouldn't rule out a wedding in 2010, Doug has taught me to grow up and become more domestic".
