We spotted everyone's favorite heiress Paris Hilton have dinner with her boyfriend Cy Waits at BOA Steakhouse in Los Angeles last night. As always, Paris was dressed up to her toes, channeling 50s glamor and Cy wore a matching shiny blue suit.
Every time we see these two, we can't help but wonder how long they're really going to last. If you go by percentages, Cy should have been long gone by now.
