Fabulous dress!

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden was seen at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, probably getting ready for a night out! Paris looked stunning in a see-through black dress and she had her hair elegantly let down. Benji wasn't as sexy in his hat, black t-shirt and jeans but they held hands and were very cute towards each other so let just hope that Paris doesn't get tired of him too soon!
