Katie Holmes has reportedly rented a new NYC Apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood where daughter Suri has taken classes. It's also close to Katie's favorite supermarket, Whole Foods, where she has been spotted shopping in the last few weeks. Sources say the white car that has been parked outside of the building belongs to Scientologists, who are spying on Kate and Suri.
