Rachel Bilson and her mother Janice, who is a sex therapist, went shopping in Pasadena together yesterday and visited both Sur la Table and Urban Outfitters. Rachel was dressed down in ripped jeans, a t-shirt and Ray Bans and around her neck she had a star-patterned scarf. Even when she doesn't dress up Rachel manages to add a trendy detail! Rachels mother was not as trendy and was wearing a flowery dress and flat sandals. Do you see the family resemblance?!

Britney Spears is back in LA after spending a well-needed vacation on Mel Gibson's ranch in Costa Rica. Yesterday afternoon she went shopping on Robertson Blvd and the singer actually looked pretty good in a brown satin dress and with a big smile on her lips! Britney is currently recording new songs and as you've seen she's spending a considerable amount of time at the gym. The excitement and buzz about Spears second coming is growing by the day!

Teri Hatcher brought along her daughter Emerson Rose to the American Idol Grand Finale in Los Angeles yesterday and isn't Emerson cute? Last year's winner Jordin Sparks, country singer Carrie Underwood and High School Musical's Ashley Tisdale were also there to see who would become 2008's American Idol! A not quite sober Mischa Barton arrived back at her London hotel last night with her boyfriend Taylor Locke after what seems to have been a very late night! We assume Mischa and Taylor were out partying at one of Londons hotspots and obviously they had a good time! So good it seems that they didn't want the night to end as Taylor had a bottle of Don Julio Blanco Tequila in his hands on the way into the hotel! After party anyone?!

Eva Longoria was spotted leaving her friend and hair stylist Ken Paves salon in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon wearing a pretty white summer dress and big movie star sunglasses! Eva left with flowing locks; no doubt she wanted to look her best when her husband Tony Parker was in town to play the LA Lakers that night! Eva went to the game later that day wearing a Spurs jersey (of course) and we're sure Tony really appreciated the effort she put into her looks that day!
