Back in 2008, Nicole Richie said, "I really don't like [having big boobs]," but over the summer Nicole got an upgrade and is now rocking a bigger bust size! We could definately tell a differnce between Nicole's bust then and now! Thankfully she was pretty discreet about it and she didn't go all Pamela Anderson on us! She was really skinny and now she has at a normal
weight her boobs are bigger.

got smaller than they already were, so she felt
she should "upgrade" them.
