Nicole Richie struts down 3rd street in West Hollywood with a friend. She wore her signature day outfit; a pair of short jeans shorts, cool sunglasses and flip-flops. Nicole was recently at the Ellen DeGeneres show and talked about how she loves motherhood. She said that her daughter Harlow sleeps twelve hours a day and that her relationship with Joel Madden is very strong and happy.
