Even though little Harlow just popped out Nicole Richie, she and her boyfriend Joel Madden are already considering of extending the family by adoption according to Female First. The couple is sincerely interested on giving an underprivileged child a home, particularly from Central Africa Republic. It seems as if Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have spread their adoption spirit to the rest of Hollywood!
