Nicole fangirls Britney!

Nicole Richie was one of many celebs at Britney's Circus concert in LA this past week and she loved it so much she said on her blog that it was the "time of my life"! Nicole also admits that she has been a huge Britney fan since she was 16 years old and went to Britney's previous tour "Toxic" 5 times! Isn't great to know that celebs can be crazy fans too?
