Nicolas Cage's bad attitude and drunken nastiness got him arrested in New Orleans this weekend! Nic was picked up on the streets of New Orleans by police because he was fighting with his wife in the middle of the night. Get this - the couple was so drunk, they couldn't remember their own home address, so they were standing in the street screaming at each other, out of their mind trashed!
The police stepped in when Nicolas was seen pushing and shoving his young wife, much younger, former waitress Alice Kim. We hear the police at first were trying to be nice, asking the couple to go home quietly, but then Nicolas showed his famous bad temper and dared the cops to arrest him, so they did! He was charged with domestic abuse and disturbing the peace, but has already been bailed out and his wife is saying she doesn't want to take the case of domestic violence any further.. what a mess!
