Does bad driving run in the family? The Hilton sisters makes us believe it does! Nicky Hilton got into trouble with the law yet again when she was pulled over by a traffic cop on Thursday and handed a citation ticket of $100. She got pulled over because she was talking on her cellphone while driving, a demeanor which is forbidden by law in California. Shame on you Nicky!
