Heiress Nicky Hilton and a friend were out to lunch at La Scala in LA yesterday. She was her usually stylish self in a pair of aviators and one of sister Paris Hilton's handbags on tote! Nicky made sure to fill the parking meter on the way in though, even she is not immune to parking fines!
