We spotted Nicki Minaj leaving her hotel i London wearing this crazy neon outfit including furry ankle warmers, yellow bum-skimming skirt and tights and a lolly (of course!)! What do you think about this skintight, 60s-inspired multicoloured leotard? Gosh we don't know what to say...or think. But what we know for sure is that we adore this girl! At least she's doing her own thing!
