Bad girl! Mischa Barton and her boyfriend DJ Ali Love were up to no good while in London yesterday! The couple were stopped by the police while inside a London cab because police had seem them throwing things out of the cab window. After having a long discussion with Mischa and the cab driver, the police let them go with a warning and no arrests were made. We are dying to know if these two were fighting or if they are just bad litter bugs..... our bet is fight!
