Mischa Barton and boyfriend Taylor Locke spent a summer afternoon at the Venice beach in L.A., California. The couple couldn't keep their hands off one another but yet managed to go completely unrecognized at the crowded public beach. Mischa looked stunning in a colorful bikini as she frolicked in the waves.
