Another night of too hard partying for Mischa Barton!

Mischa Barton looked like a real rocker when she was out and about in West Hollywood last night. She mixed tartan with feathers, laddered tights, a bowler hat and a fringed leather jacket. She looked very tired and she had a run in her stockings, so we are guessing it was another night of hard partying for Miss Barton!
