Mischa Barton is the model and actor who had the role of Marissa Cooper in hit series OC, which she left to seek new goals. Her film career has been dormant since then, exceptionally, a few indiefilms. Mischa Barton is a celebrated designer who just released a bagcollection. She was born in London, but the family moved almost immediately to New York for her to become a model ate Fordagency, together with Lindsey Lohan. Mischa Barton got the headlines in 2007 when she was arrested for drunk driving when she was on drugs.

Loving the handbag! The sparkle is back!
Mischa Barton attended a fashion show in Madrid, Spain yesterday to support her friend and designer Christian Lay. After months of looking a bit troubled and with some serious fashion highs and lows, Mischa was looking fab! We hope she stays on track now and that we get to see a whole lot more of her this year, in a good way of course!

8. Kristen Bell shows again why cut-out dresses are not the best idea, especially if you are a not a crazy tall supermodel! We also think this colour does nothing for her! 7. Oh no AnnaLynne McCord! We get what kind of look she was going for here, but somehow AnnaLynne has turned then Grecian godess thing into a slutty comicbook character! Costume has never been stylish! 6. Michelle Monaghan's one-shouldered grey-pattern dress for the Screen Actors Guild Awards had so many problems, we don't know where to start! It doesn't fit well, its too short and it cuts her body in half with the design! 5. True Blood star Anna Paquin tried high fashion couture for the red carpet - and failed! Ladies take this lesson again - what is good for the runway is not always good for the red carpet! 4. We hate to say this but Patricia Arquette looks a little like a sea witch cartoon character in all that green sequents! A very bad choice for her body type with a terrible hairdo to match! 3. This is model Amber Rose with her boyfriend Kanye West at the Chanel couture show in Paris this week! We absolutely don't see anything stylish about the dress and we really wish this girl would stop embarrassing herself and the very fashionable Kanye in public like this! 2. There are no excuses for Mischa Barton in this outfit! She is supposed to know better, she is a famous fashionista with her own line of accessories! What were you thinking Mischa?! 1. We have only one thing to say to singer Kelis about this outfit: the biggest mistake you can make with fashion is to copy someone else's style, especially if its VERY distinctive! There is only space for one Lady Gaga in the music industry, so try something else Kelis!
We don't understand what was going on this week in the celeb fashion world! So many stars decided to experiment with strange cartoon-like versions of themselves, we are very confused! It wasn't pretty and we really hope they have all learnt their lesson from this!

While on her Circus World tour last year Britney Spears wore her iconic blonde look, but now the tour is over Brit is brunette! Ashlee Simpson loves to play with her hair colour, but she spent most of last year as a redhead for her role in the new Melrose Place. But after she was fired from the show, she went very dark black - wow what a change! Jessica Alba went with blonde highlights for the summer, but she is back to brunette for the winter season, we think she looks hot with just about any colour under the sun! We weren't so crazy about Halle Berry and her bob haircut, she looked a bit too mumsy in it, so we were very happy when she chopped it all off to a sexy pixie cut that really shows off her beautiful face! Greys Anatomy star Katherine Heigl experimented with a darker do too this past year, but she is back to blonde now that she has taken up her role in the hit tv show again. We got to know Twilight star Kristen Stewart with her long locks as her character in the vampire movie, but then she cut them all off to play rocker Joan Jett over the summer. She seems to prefer the edgier style because she kept it after the movie was done filming! Mischa Barton went from blonde to brunette and cut some bangs this year and made herself instantly more sophisticated-looking, even though she went off the rails a little bit, very soon after! Scarlett Johansson debuted some rich brown locks for her stint as the new face of Dolce & Gabbana makeup and fragrance, but she soon went back to her naturally lighter locks! Singing diva Christina Aguilera has been sporting retro long locks for ages now, so her funky swinging bob is a fun change, we think it makes her look a lot more fun!
Celebs, especially Hollywood actresses are often changing their looks to suit a certain part in a movie or stage role, so we are used to seeing them look totally different from one day to the next! Jessica Alba, Ashlee Simpson and Scarlett Johansson are real chameleons when it comes to their hair and most of them are really lucky, they are so lovely they can pull off any colour or style. There have been some pretty dramatic makeovers lately, which of them do you think is the best?

We are so glad Mischa is back on the social scene, its always fun to watch her style choices! 7. Even when Chloë Sevigny wears a Little Black Dress its never boring! This is not necessarily our favourite look for her ever, but we do love the sparkle and the netting detail on this Christian Lacroix dress, she looks like glam ballerina! 6. Marion Cotillard stayed true to her French roots and her vintage-inspired personal style with this sexy Christian Dior gown at the Critics Choice Awards last week. This girl always looks so relaxed and elegant, no matter what she is wearing! 5. Fergie looked radiant in this lilac gown at the Golden Globe Awards this last week! It was so refreshing to see her in something romantic instead of her usual hard and futuristic Black Eyed Peas style! 4. Newcomer Kesha is definitely making a name for herself as the latest IT girl of rock with her songs and her fashion! We loved everything about this rock chic outfit she chose for the NRJ Music Awards this weekend! 3. Vanessa Hudgens lived up to her reputation as one of our favourite fashionistas in this silver bubble-skirt Alberta Ferretti party dress! What a perfect look for her! 2. Emily Blunt definitely made a great fashion choice for the Golden Globe Awards in this pink Dolce & Gabbana strapless gown! It was gorgeous with her skin and makeup and she accessorised it perfectly with silver. She was definitely one of the best dressed ladies of the night! 1. Everybody is talking about Avatar star Zoe Saldana right now and its not just because of her hot Avatar in the movie! She has been showing off impressive red carpet style at all the events she has attended so far this awards season, but this white Jason Wu is one of our favourites! We also love the fun leopard print detail on her pumps! Congrats Zoe your'e no.1!
With Awards season in full swing there have been plenty of fashion high moments to choose from this week, although we do kind of wish some celebs would take more of a risk like Chloë Sevigny does. We also have to give Sarah Silverman a special mention for finally making an effort with her red carpet appearance, its about time she embraced her inner stylista! This week's no.1 is not really a surprise to us as we have been noticing her great personal style for a while now, take a look and see who she is!

Finally there is life after the Beautiful Life disaster for Mischa Barton! We haven't seen much of Mischa since her last tv show got cancelled, so we were a little worried to see her walking the streets of NYC yesterday looking a little trashier than usual, but soon we realised she was on the set of hit show Law and Order! Mischa was in character as a street worker who turns to Detective Benson (Mariska Hargitay) for help in a life-and-death decision. So don't worry Mischa is not in crisis again!
