Katy Perry stole the award for most funny moment with her slime dunk moment, but did she look the hottest on the red carpet too? We think fashionista stars like Rihanna and Pixie Lott might have beat her with their style choices, but you decide...vote!

There were some hot young celebs at this weekend's Jingle Ball at the Madison Square Gardens in NYC! Gossip Girl star Leighton was there and looking fierce, as we showed before! Scandalous rocker and American Idol star Adam Lambert was in full makeup and rock chic too, but someone who really surprised us on the red carpet was Nickelodeon sweetheart Miranda Cosgrove! In her black and white dress with the huge dice print on it, this is probably the biggest scandal, squeaky-clean Miranda has ever cuased! Is she supporting gambling? Last night at the MTV European Music Awards the stars came out in their sexiest gear! Leather and sparkles ruled, as did high energy and fun! The Colgate toothpaste company has a charity that has helped more than 100 million children worldwide learn about keeping their teeth healthy and Miranda has helped them do it!
