We are in shock! It was really hard to find 9 well dressed celebs this week. Are all stylists on vacation or what? However, after some research we managed to find our 9 best dressed this week. Rihanna is back again and so is Miley Cyrus. This weeks no 1 is a true fashionista we hope to see more of soon!
