Are those the Jonas B?! No, just Miley Cyrus and Brandi Cyrus's boyfriends Justin Gaston and Sam Hancock in Halloween costumes! The guys gave an impromptu concert in the driveaway of the Cyrus family home and passed out treats to trick-or-treaters! Perhaps Justin is a little jealous of Miley and Nick Jonas' old relationship and is getting revenge by making fun of Nick and his brothers?!
