Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus takes the wheel as she and her mom Leticia Cyrus show off her learners permit, a prerequisite to an actual driver's license. It allows her to drive the car as long as there is a licensed driver in the passenger seat. Congratulations and drive safe!
