Miley Cyrus Strange Burn Marks!

Miley Cyrus and her mom Tish were out and about in Los Angeles yesterday and Miley showed off som very strange marks on her arm. Perhaps the Hannah Montana star burned herself on something or just scraped her arm? Anyhow she still managed to look great in her black maxi dress and jewelry!

it's just sunburn,or maybe she was riding a bike
and fell off? I heard she has a few horses...maybe
she was riding one and fell? It looks like it
