Oh no Miley, don't turn into the next Lilo please! Miley only turned 18 this past November, that means she is 3 years under the legal drinking age in California. So what was she doing drunk in public this weekend at the Hollywood hot spot, the Chateau Marmont of all places! We hear Miley was so drunk after 2 hours that her friends had to sneak her out the back door so the paparazzi wouldn't get the pictures, but as usual, someone did.
