Miley Cyrus made her daily trip to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf when she was shopping in Los Angeles with a friend. She had her favorite Converse on and seemed to be highly amused by her friend, she just couldn't stop giggling!

IT WAS THE 25TH ANAVERSARY,FIRST I THOUGHT SHE WAS
