The new Hannah Montana movie became somewhat of an action movie when a ferris wheel accident left extras on the set injured. According to witnesses the wind suddenly picked up, blowing a piece of lighting equipment into the ferris wheel full of people. Miley Cyrus, the star of the movie, had just finished taping a scene on the stage next to the ferris wheel and was never in danger. Many of the extras were however injured and had to be taken to the local hospital. Source: TMZ.
