It's not just when her 20-year old boyfriend Justin Gaston is around. Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus tells us about her heart condition, called tachycardia in her new book "Miles To Go". Miley says it is not dangerous, it just means her heart beats faster than most people's. She says "It won't hurt me, but it does bother me, "There is never a time onstage when I'm not thinking about my heart." We feel so much closer to her now.

when they do mess with her voice it still sucks.
