Miley Cyrus isn't old enough to party at the LA nightclubs yet but her mom Tish did take her out for dinner at Morton's Steakhouse in Burbank this weekend! Miley had just filmed The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and we guess that deserves a little celebration! Miley looked cute in a flowery dress and grey boots and her mom looked great in jeans and a white tee!
