There has been some major tip confusion with Miley Cyrus and a New York restaurant! Staff at the Outback Steakhouse are telling anyone who wants to listen that Miley is cheap and doesn't tip! They say Miley and her sister Brandi spent more than $70 on food at the restaurant and even though she had a huge envelope of cash with her, kept all the change from the 100 dollar bill she paid with! Miley's reps are fighting back saying Miley made an honest mistake. She took the food away and thought that she only had to tip if she was eating inside the restaurant. Hopefully that is the truth and Miley isn't stingy with all that cash she earns for being Hannah Montana - superstar! (Source: FemaleFirst)
