Mickey Rourke's Strange Halloween Costume!

We don't know if Mickey Rourke has just changed his personal style or if he's gotten a headstart on Halloween but in either case he looked completely insane this Thursday! The actor left Voyeur nightclub in white body paint and a bad suit and if it was a Halloween costume we have to ask, who are you supposed to be Mickey?!
