Perez Hilton doesn't like to dress up, not even for his own event! British singer, Siouxie Sioux, tries to pull off the "Edward Scissorhands" look. Hayden Panettiere looks way too 2003... We like fashionista Zoe Saldana's dress, without the plastic! Why ruin it? It's like she's subliminally calling men to her womb! Elizabeth Olsen tried to play it safe with Chanel, but this dress just doesn't work on the red carpet! Her shoulders look freakishly manish!
