Lindsay Lohan and her mom Dina Lohan have now launched a full on war against her father Michael Lohan, who keeps threatening to try and take over Lindsay's life. He is pretending that he wants to help Lindsay, whose life is clearly a mess, but Lindsay says he is a "lunatic", just after the publicity. Michael announced he will air some taped conversations between himself and ex-wife Dina discussing Lindsay bad health on Entertainment Tonight! Both Dina and Lindsay are taking legal steps to stop Michael from doing this and Lindsay keeps slamming her dad on Twitter, saying he belongs behind bars like the abusive criminal he is! Wow, this family is so messed up! No wonder Lindsay is in the state she is! (Source: People)

Lindsay Lohan has had enough of her dad, Michael Lohan's threats about kidnapping her to get her life clean! She has decided to file legal papers saying she fears for her safety! Michael has been giving all kinds of interviews to the press saying that Lindsay is still on drugs and needs to go back to rehab to put her life together again and Lindsay's mom has been fighting back, saying Lindsay is fine and just needs everyone to leave her alone! This weekend as Lindsay Lohan took to the runway after the Ungaro show at Paris Fashion Week that she helped to create, everyone was talking about how thin and trashed she looked! Her father Michael Lohan, who Lindsay has a famously bad relationship with, says its because of all the prescription medication that Lindsay is on, that make her so spaced out and thin! Michael claims he is determined to help Lindsay get her talent back, and the only way to do that is to get her off these drugs that he is worried will kill her! Poor Lindsay has had a traumatic week, with another rumoured break up from girlfriend Samantha Ronson as well as a break-in at her Los Angeles home. So it is natural that she wants the support of her family around her now. Lindsay and her dad Michael Lohan have been fighting for ages over her relationship with Sam have hardly been speaking to each other, but yesterday it looked like that has all changed! We saw father and daughter Lohan shopping together in West Hollywood at Roseark Jewelry store. I guess nothing says I am sorry as well as diamonds do! Lindsay's dad bought her a diamond ring! Lucky girl!

Lindsay Lohan's outspoken dad, Michael Lohan, has been on the Twitter sight having his say about Lindsay's new best gal pal, Lily Allen. This is what he posted: "Dear Lily, I think you have an alcohol problem that needs addressing. From Michael Lohan." Lily Allen told The Sun she was very irritated by the message and replied: "Leave me alone!" Michael is always making these kinds of public posts on his blog and on twitter.
