Michael Jackson finally sells Neverland!

Michael Jackson has sold his Neverland Ranch to a company he has an interest in. The singer is said to have handed over the deeds to Sycamore Valley Ranch, a joint venture between him and investment company Colony Capital LLC, Entertainment tonight reports. He hasn't lived at the estate in Santa Barbara since 2003.
