Michael Jackson's ex-wife and mother to his children, Debbie Rowe, has sold her kids again - this time squeezing about $4 million from her former mother-in-law in exchange for giving up her parental rights, a family source told The Post yesterday. "It's one final payday,"did a Jackson confidant say after the decision. The family was certainly not happy about the mega-payout either. They have said to be considerng it all as a necessary evil.
