Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine Jackson is currently in a major feud with his record company, Sony. Sony recently revealed that they plan on releasing an album with brand new never before heard MJ tracks on December 14th, just in time for the Christmas holidays, but the mom of the late king of pop is publicly questioning the authenticity of Sony's songs. She let Michael's children Paris and Prince listen to some of the tracks, and their conclusion was that it wasn't their dad's voice they were hearing.

Earlier today Katherine took another stab at Sony when she released a brand new MJ song of her own back with the following message: "From the archives of Jacksonsecretvault.com we'd like to present a free, authentic, unreleased MJ track for the fans. With L.O.V.E. from Mrs. Jackson."

Sony has defended themselves, explaining that most of the songs from the upcoming album were recorded at the New Jersey home of Eddie Cascio, where Jackson lived for 4 months in 2007. Sony has even gone so far as to do a voice recognition on the tracks, and they are absolutely convinced that they're the real deal. To prove Katherine wrong they're releasing a sneak peak of a new song which which will be featured on the album, called "Breaking News" on Monday. Sounds like it will be a while until Michael can truly rest in peace...

When you're the King of Pop nothing is impossible, even releasing albums from beyond the grave! An all new album featuring 10 of his never-before-heard songs is set to be released this November! It's said that Michael had a vault containing more than 100 completed but unreleased songs, including his recent collaborations with Akon, Will.I.Am and Ne-Yo! The new album will include his new songs as well as ones recorded in the 1980s at the peak of his career. Michael's former manager Frank DiLeo said "There are a couple of songs we recorded for the Bad album that we had to cut that are just sensational."

Exactly a year ago today, the world was hit with the shocking news that the King of Pop, Michael Jackson had died tragically in his home, just before he was due to make his big stage comeback. All around the world fans are mourning his death all over again today and he is being remembered in all kinds of special ways. The Madam Tussauds' wax museums in both Washington and New York have prepared two brand new wax models of Michael, a plaque commemorating the singer's amazing career will be unveiled on London's West End, dance and musical shows are being held all over the world and of course fans are gathering to leave their tributes at his star on the Hollywood walk of fame and the Los Angeles house where he died. Long live the legend! We are thinking of his family and loved ones today especially.

Michael Jackson and his legacy continues to live on and at the one-year anniversary of his death, at June 26, the Jackson Family Foundation will be presenting a red carpet event, featuring performances and big celebrations honoring the late and popular singer, called "Forever Michael". The event will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills and the vision is to bring all of Michael Jackson's family members, fans, supporters and celebrities together and honor his legacy!
