Oh wow we are not sure how we feel about this! We spotted X Factor judge Simon Cowell enjoying the sunshine with his fiance Mezhgan Hussainy in Nice on the South of France yesterday. Simon, Mezhgan and some friends were moving from one luxury yacht "Slipstream" to the next one, "Siren" and Simon showed some serious skin! He was totally shirtless and showing off his umm...assets? We are impressed with all the good care he takes of himself, we have never seen such a perfectly trimmed chest, ever, but did we really have to see it Simon?

We spotted Simon Cowell and his lady friend, Mezhgan Hussainy on a romantic date at Hollywood's Cecconi's restaurant this weekend. Mezhgan is the makeup artist on American Idol and it has been rumoured for a long time that the she and Simon have been dating, but they insist they are just old friends. But this weekend a friend leaked the news that not only are Simon and Mezghan a couple, but they are engaged! Simon has denied the rumours, bu the two were definitely all cuddly together at the restaurant and doing a really good job of hiding Mezhgan's engagement ring finger while the cameras were on them!
