Last night's Oscars red carpet was not only a super-star studded event with Hollywood's hottest stars like Jennifer Lopez, Demi Moore, Charlize Theron, Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz a of course George Clooney all walking the red carpet, it was also a fashion fest! Most ladies went really dramatic with heavily detailed skirts with frills, lace, sparkles and feathers everywhere! Our favourite moments? Twillight stars Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart on stage, Miley Cyrus' presenting of course! Who is wearing your favourite dress? We loved Sarah Jessica's retro Chanel gown, so simple and stunning with the jewelled flowers!

Oscars Season is here, officially! Actress Anne Hathaway and the President of the Academy of Motions Pictures Arts and Sciences (phew), Tom Sherak, announced all the Oscar nominees last night! No real suprises either, George Clooney was nominated for best actor, Meryl Streep and Sandra Bullock for best actress and of course Avatar is up for multiple awards, as is Inglorious Basterds! Hilarious pop star Justin Timberlake, Hollywood fashionista Diane Kruger and The Office cutie John Krasinski presented the Golden Globe nominees yesterday on live TV and we have to say, there weren't too many surprises. The usual suspects like George Clooney and Meryl Streep have been nominated for acting awards and big new movies Nine and Avatar have both been nominated for multiple awards! We are also happy that hot TV show True Blood has been nominated too! The Golden Globes are usually a good way to tell who will be up for the Oscars, so its always exciting to watch! The premiere for George Clooney's latest movie The Fantastic Mr. Fox took place last night in London. George doesn't often show up to red carpet events with a date, but lately things between him and Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis have been getting more serious and so she was by his side and looking gorgeous as usual! The movie is animated and other stars who lent their voices for the film alongside George were Jason Schwartzman, Bill Murray and Meryl Streep. They were all there on the red carpet last night, but all eyes were on George, who has never looked this much in love!

A bunch of young Hollywood stars like Twilight's Ashley Greene, Beverly Hills 90210 star Shenae Grimes and Swedish starlet Malin Åkerman all got together at the Madame Taussauds Wax musuem in Hollywood last night for a good cause. They were there to support teen charity DoSomething.org , who were celebrating the power young people have to make changes in their world. Guess who everyone's favourite wax model was? None other than legendary Hollywood star Jack Nicholson! Everyone wanted to pose with him, it must be because of his big reputation as one of the most fun guys in Hollywood (not to mention a ladies'man!).
