Police to Investigate Mel Gibson!

As we reported yesterday Mel Gibson has gotten himself into a lot of trouble after admitting that he hit his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva in a telephone conversation that Grigorieva taped. Though the tape's existence has yet to be confirmed, the Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly opened a domestic violence investigation into the claims, which Gibson denies. A spokesperson for the Sheriff's Department says investigators are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations".
