While it is true Megan Fox would look good in a plastic bag, when you're out shopping in Paris we still think you can wear something a little more chic than training pants and gym shoes! Megan was spotted running around Paris (literally at times), shopping at Colette and having lunch at Café Marly by the Louvre.
