We spotted Matthew McConaughey's very pregnant girlfriend Camilla Alves visit her doctor in Beverly Hills yesterday wearing huge sunglasses and with her iPod in her ears. We're guessing the visit was concerning her upcoming delivery, as you all can see she's about ready to pop! What a great christmas present!
